Strength Training Packages

Strength training for general health and fitness, injury rehab/prevention or performance goals.

These packages are designed for everyone regardless of current level, aiming to progress fitness and work towards your goal. This can be anything from improving your current fitness levels, recovering from injury or improving strength to enable you to be faster when training with friends or competing in races/events. I am based in Mortlake, South West London for 1-2-1 work or alternatively I offer an online programming package for you to work on in your own time – whichever option you choose I will guide and support you to achieve your goals.
