When I started training with Phil I had not run for 18 months, due to long-standing injuries. Phil put together a strength programme that took account of my fitness levels (or lack of them) as well as my limitations. Phil has a very professional and considered approach to training. He was able to help me set goals that would challenge me and showed me how to stay on track when my motivation was flagging. Within a few months, I was not only able to run again without injury but I completed a 10k coastal run, coming first in my age category.
